Tonia Morris is the founder and owner of Simply HR & More – a Consulting, Coaching and Training business that helps individuals and organizations with transformation. Tonia specialises in two areas: Culture transformation, helping organizations with human resource strategies on how to manage a multi generation workforce that drives productivity and customer excellence.
Tonia also is passion with helping individuals discover their passion in the workplace or entrepreneurship. Tonia is the author of Compassion@Work, The Human Spirit and the soon new book Before I Say “I DO” To Entrepreneurship- How to leave your 9 to 5 Job.
For many years Tonia has watched the workforce change and many people lives Disrupted. Tonia is on a mission to help thousands of individual transition into entrepreneurship. It is Tonia belief that everyone has a gift, and it is important for them to find that gift and live a purpose driven life.
Tonia spent over 25+ years in Human Resources at the executive level with fortune 100 and 500 companies. Tonia provided organization development processes and procedures for one of the largest retirement system comprising of 300,000 members and 100,000 retirees. Tonia background has been in the Information Technology area, Retail, Government, Insurance and Education providing solid HR best practices.
Tonia is a graduate of University South Florida in Business administration, certified with John Maxwell and a Registered Corporate Coach.
Tonia is a native of Florida and moved to Georgia 19 years ago with her husband of 24 years and two sons.
